Welcome to The Homeworks Website!
Ordinarily, A re-vamp could have taken you up to 4 weeks to complete, and would be a nightmare for most people to deal with
the many tradesmen required for the job.  i.e. The Tilers, Electrician and Plumber !

There is a severe lack of experienced Companies, to give people the "complete fit-out service" for their Bathroom Renovation.
That's why I created "Homeworks" , for the sole purpose of totally Re-vamping and renovating
old Bathrooms and Ensuites, making life easy for clients.

About Homeworks
Noel Sweeney has been in the tiling trade since 1996 in sourcing Ceramics, Porcelain and Marble etc., sales, design and fitting.
I take great pride in my work and endever to make you as comfortable as possible during the work undertaken at your home.
Please take a moment to view some films of my previous work, that I have carried out to date..........

Homeworks... THE PERFECTIONIST !
Drilled_Joists_smlFrom my movies, you can see how we fit our wall hung Chrome radiators,
with the pipework hidden in the wall, or, the floor.
If the pipework needs to run under floorboards , we do it like this ,
using the correct tools and angled drills.

Chrome_mitre_smlAlso, here's an example of my Chrome trim
mitres around windows
.

Many contractors are happy to get the corners
"fairly close " !!
It's a detail that "draws the eye" as soon as you
enter a Bathroom.

Other "so called" Experts !
Don't be fooled by some cheap fitters on the market , we come across bad work every day......
Another contractor, once told this client, that because the joists were running in a different direction,
the heating pipes could not  go under the floor, or, straight back into the wall ??!!
They thought it wouldn't look so bad , if they painted the pipework black to match the Granite tile !!
So they finished it like this ........ !

Another example below, some contractors cut the joists this way for the waste pipes.... !!
This quick way of "block cutting", severely weakens the joists in your house.
..... so be wary of the "Jack of Alls" that are out there at the moment ! .

Here, some other "Bathroom fitters" did a full bathroom revamp,
but, when fitting the clients shower tray with upstands...
They tiled to the top of the upstand, and, did not, tile fully into the shower tray.
I guess they never read the manual !!
This Bathroom was only completed 2 weeks by them, before it had leaked into the Kitchen below !!

The client then found Homeworks  and, asked me, to fix her problem......
as she did not want to have the other contractors back in her house !!
I had to remove the new shower enclosure (which we later found had not been siliconed ! )
and then, break out the lower line of tiles.

I also had to remove the plasterboard that had disintegrated with the leaking water.
Re-plaster board the lower line and re-tile the area correctly and replace the shower enclosure. ( siliconed correctly this time ! )
The kitchen ceiling had to be re-plastered and re-decorated... !
All that could of been avoided, if the bathroom was fitted correctly from day one !!

A Bathroom can look beautiful if it is done correctly,
