For our last movie, this client had an understairs closet, a wasted space, that was used for storing Junk.

The owner had trouble climbing the stairs to use the main Bathroom.

They wished to have an easy access DSWC, with a safety rail.

The main ESB Board was the old ceramic fuse type and needed changing too.

(The new EBS switch board had been fitted by us, before this video was taken)

We used a White Body Ceramic "Portofino" for the walls with the matching Mosaic, as a border, for the mirror.

The "Portofino" Porcelain floor tiles for the floor.

A small white Vanity unit for the sink ( to also hide the loo rolls ! ), with a top flush toilet.

The existing Ceramic fuse board was changed to the MCB switch type, and, a safety hand rail was fitted on the wall.

A spot light and a timed explair fan were also fitted.

We still managed to save some space under the stairs...... for the hoover !!!!
