Unfortunately, only 1 year later, the square shower tray was already leaking !

All the pipe supplies had been surface mounted, in large boxings.

The clients wanted all of it removed, so, as the song goes.....we had to "rip it out and start again!"

All pipe work was redone, below the floor level, so there was no reason for any boxing !!

We Tiled the new Bathroom completely, walls and floor using Porcelain... brick effect.

The client wanted an old stlye radiator, for extra heat output.

A Bathroom radio was installed, remote controlled with small speakers in the ceiling.

A new Plain bath / White Vanity unit with spot lights / Ceiling Spot lights
